Premier and Access Healthy Families Programs
Premier Access Insurance and Access Dental Plan
participate in California’s Healthy Families Program. The Healthy Families Program
provides health, dental and vision coverage for children one through eighteen years
of age who are uninsured and have family income below the income thresholds of the
program.
Effective July 1, 2009, The California Healthy Families Program will have a yearly benefit maximum of $1,500.00 per member.
The benefit maximum will be based on the period effective July 1st through June 30th.
All payable benefits with dates of service July 1st or later will apply to the $1,500.00 maximum.
The program uses Federal, State and County funds to provide health care coverage
to approximately 900,000 uninsured children of lower income working Californians
who are ineligible for Medi-Cal.
Premier Access and Access Dental Plan are proud to provide your child(ren) with dental coverage.
Good oral health is essential for overall well-being. We believe that a balanced diet, routine
brushing and regular check-ups are necessary ingredients in achieving good oral health.
